Leadership:
Kristen Pace, President and CEO of ONTO THE NEXT, has over a decade of recruiting, account management, recruitment training, and management experience. She cut her teeth placing advertising executives at one of the largest firms in Chicago for the top 5 media agencies in the world. After working at some of the most successful recruiting firms in the nation, she decided there were so many ways to work smarter than dated modes of attracting and assessing top talent. Of course we as recruiters still have to pick up the phone, but today's candidates have become tone deaf to spammy voicemails and emails.
Reaching the next generation of successful executives requires a new type of touch and a willingness to be on the forefront of cutting edge technology that reaches passive candidates how, when and where they're willing to listen.
Kristen spent her youth as a competitive swimmer, has an M.Ed. in Gifted Psychology from Purdue University and attended Vanderbilt and Auburn University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Medieval History. She currently resides in Sarasota, FL, where she enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever, Hugo, stand-up paddleboarding, boating, and spending time on the beach.
Retained Search: We have retained search down to a science. Our dedicated team of recruiters, account managers, and researchers, will provide in under 30 days, 3-5 passive, thoroughly vetted, industry leaders whom the giants in our industry take two-three months to provide at a higher cost, typically without a guarantee period. Recruiters at these firms spend more time drowning in forms, interview preps and debriefs, lengthy conference calls, ticking boxes, with little focus on the candidate or client experience. In addition, industry average for retained search is a 60% fill rate. We believe we've struck the right balance of efficiency, speed, and a superb candidate and client experience. We will work closely with you in an attempt to devise a traditional or non-traditional fee structure which meets the needs of your business, and we don't stop until the job is done!

Contingency Search: We apply the same level of dedication and thoroughness to any contingency search we take on. We'll thoroughly assess your needs, give you our take on current market conditions, and we won't stop looking until we find the ACE candidate you're looking for. In the rare case we fail to find the purple squirrel you're looking for, you don't owe us anything. We are willing to be market competitive with other successful 3rd party firms you may have engaged. We aren't afraid of a little competition. We're just asking you to give us a chance to beat those other guys to the punch.
